Climate

A BIT LESS EXTREME

With temperatures that range from 9-25°C in the summer and -14 to -6°C in the winter, Golden’s climate is a bit less extreme than many of mountain towns. Pair that with about 306 mm of rain (lots of sun) annually and and average of 700 cm of snow in the winter, it’s pretty much the perfect environment.
